WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
Each box has mystery contents and has an assortment of items. There can be anything in there from clothing to signed first editions. It's a mystery box filled with new merchandise and awesome stuff!
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE BOX?
Yes, you can! Simply click the order button again and place a separate order for as many mystery boxes as you want. Each box will be shipped separately.
CAN I GIFT A BOX TO A FRIEND?
Yes! Just enter their address in the 'ship to address' section of the payment form.
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
Boxes will ship TWICE a year: FEBRUARY (arriving on or around Valentine’s Day) and OCTOBER (arriving on or around Halloween). US shipments will take 7-10 days to arrive. It is possible for dates to shift due to manufacturing. If that occurs, we'll be sure to let you know.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOX?
Yes, provided that the order period has not closed. Once the order period has closed, you cannot cancel the box.
CAN I RETURN MY BOX?
Due to the deeply discounted nature of this item, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective. In this instance, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

Cheri & Tristan have personally selected the items in the box. They spent several months dreaming up the perfect box that's filled with fun things they know their fans would love.
